What Causes Thinning Hair?

It is statistically proven that people who are in their mid twenties to early thirties are at great risk of thinning hair and many that reach the mid thirties have a problem with hair loss and balding. If over the past few weeks or months your hair has started to thin tremendously, then it is time you learn about the possible factors that could have contributed to your hair thinning.
One of the most commonly known factors that lead to thinning hair is the diet of a person. If you are in the habit of eating at the wrong time and eating only junk food, then you can be rest assured that your hair would thin quickly. The problem is that junk food does not have vitamin or valuable nutrients, thus making your hair weaker and thinner. People who are into the habit of crash dieting would see worse signs of this detrimental behavior.
The next factor or combination of factors that are known to lead to hair thinning would be lack of sleep and increased stress levels. When you do not get enough sleep, your hair is known to thin really fast. Stress is one of the biggest contributors to thinning of the hair. If your work life or personal life has a lot of stress involved, then it’s possible that this could lead to your hair graying as well as your hair thinning.
If the water that you shower with is polluted or if it has a lot of salt sediments, then your hair will thin and fall really soon. In order to prevent this from happening, you can either get a desalination machine to treat your water at home or get fresh water to wash your hair with. Keep a lookout for all of the above mentioned factors and take the necessary steps to make your mane more beautiful.

Shampoo for Thinning Hair

One of the facts that cannot be refuted in this modern day and time is that we do not have enough time in a day to take care of all that we have to do. Sadly, such a time constraint has not only led us to live a fast life but has also led us to ignore our well being. Many people in their mid to late twenties are trying really hard to not only make ends meet but also to build a future for themselves. This being the case, most people in this age group have started ignoring the fact that eating right can not only help them with a longer life but also that it could prevent any ailments that would affect them in the near future.
Since many such young people have taken into fast-food and junk food, their body does not get the right nutrients to help the body function properly. One of the effects of malnutrition would be thinning of hair and premature balding. If you are currently facing this particular problem and wondering how to best combat it, then listen up. However, little did you know that shampoos can definitely help you prevent and reverse hair thinning.
Your best bet to locate the best shampoos for hair thinning problems would lie in the counters where they sell one hundred percent natural and chemical free shampoos. There are many shampoos that are natural and organic and it would be best if you could concentrate upon shampoos that are made from fresh vegetables and fruits that are rich in vitamins A and B complex. Vitamin A based shampoos are known to nourish your scalp and moisturize it by helping various glands secrete the necessary oils to manage your scalp. If your scalp is healthy, then you have made way for more hair to grow.
There are many commercial shampoos that can also assist with better hair growth. Before you go ahead and choose one particular shampoo that you could use on a regular basis, it would be best if you could get a sample bottle to test it out. At times, there could be certain chemicals in the shampoo that you might have an allergic reaction to.
Hair revitalizing shampoos that help prevent and revive thinning hair sure are expensive. However, in the end, it would be a good way to invest to get back your naturally young look without having to look old at the age of twenty five. It would also be best if you could consult your physician or a dermatologist before buying such shampoos.

My Friend is Losing is Hair

I really don’t think it’s a big problem. He basically shaves his head and you can’t even tell anything is wrong. I think this new look matches him more. The point is, don’t let thinning hair ruin you. Make it into a positive and laugh at it. What the hell is hair anyway? Dead cells? Why would you want that on your head? See, It’s easy to spin stuff into positive energy. I think thinner hair even makes you look more mature / older. Another tip…. try to get some sun tan. The more darker you are, the less people can even notice you having thinning hair. That’s a good excuse to go to the beach ;) . Anyway, I’ll catch up with you guys later… gotta go enjoy life and not care about small things! I hope you guys feel the same! BYE!

Confidence and Hair

I truly believe hair can be a factor in confidence. I mean, when I first realized I was graying and losing hair, I felt really down on myself. I woke up everyday looking at the mirror while the sun was shining on my hair making me feel even worse. That is a really bad way to start off a day. I think as time passed I began to accept it more and more, and felt like this was something that everyone had to go through, and I was no different. The great part about losing hair and getting gray hair is the fact that you start being less sensitive towards other situations. I noticed that I am less sensitive towards everything. In my opinion, this could be a very good thing since little things won’t bother me. What he said or she said won’t effect my day to day life, and I can spend less time worrying about what so and so said. I think everyone out there who reads this blog should feel HAPPY that they are growing up, and letting time do it’s beautiful dance.

Vitamins and Thinning Hair

I truly believe vitamins have a huge role in hair health. Over the past couple of years, I have read a couple of articles regarding vitamins and healthy hair. When our bodies are deprived of vitamins and minerals, they cannot continue regulating our bodies natural system. Therefore, our bodies have to work with less and therefore get rid of extra things. If you don’t eat a lot of food, you start losing weight. Same thing applies for vitamins. If you stop eating a variety of vitamins, your body starts shedding things that are not needed to survive. Your body is preparing itself in case it has to face a life and death situation. Why would your body care about how healthy it is, if it’s life is on the line. It’s more important for your body to preserve itself by living then to “look good”.
We has humans need to eat a variety of foods to receive our daily vitamins. We need to first make sure our protein, carb and fat intake are up to par. Your body needs extra energy or calories to be able to keep itself healthy. It also needs different fruits to get vitamins from. Each day you should be eating a variety of fruits including oranges, apples, strawberries, cherries, cranberries, blueberries ( very tasty and good for health ).
While fruit are usually very tasty, some don’t enjoy vegetables as much. If you plan on getting back your hair, you need to focus on vegetables the most. The more greener, the more healthier. Vegetables have the most vitamins. It is important to eat a variety of vegetables because of all the excess junk food we as humans eat. Everything we eat that is processed has added sugar and sodium to make things taste better. Vegetables are natural and haven’t been processed or had chemicals added to it. It is natural, and therefore healthy.
I have heard countless stories of people changing their diet, and therefore changing the way their hair looks. Usually, these are people who either turned gray hair back to their original color by eating a health diet, or people who grew thicker hair, or even people who went bald who started getting hair again. The success stories are endless and we all need to pitch in to help each other out. Please leave some comments below and help other people out

My Thinning Hair

To start off this blog right, I must tell you that my hair started thinning about 5 months ago. The bad part is I am only 21 years old. To those of you who are 30 or 40 and are just starting to thin, I would like to tell you that you are very lucky. Recently, I changed up my shampoo because I believe that my dry scalp might be a culprit for the loss of hair. I bought Selsen Blue from a nearby pharmacy because the bottle promised to relieve me of my dry scalp. Well, I did get rid of my dry scalp but I’m still waiting to see whether or not it helped my thinning hair.
See, the above guy is lucky. You can tell he’s a older man so it’s great that he has experienced this later in life. He’s barely starting to thin out. I’m so much younger, and I’ve already begun this process. So to those of you out there holding down your head, don’t. I’m in a worse predicament then you guys are ;) . I will update you guys on any changes that occur with my hair because of the change of shampoo. Thanks for reading :D .
